After interning at the age of 15 at a prominent fashion design house in Sydney, Mikki knew her future lied in Fashion. This led to her studying Fashion Design at Parsons The New School for Design in 2016. During this time she got experience interning at Anna Sui and KITH. Most recently she worked as a Fashion Designer at SER.O.YA where supported in collection development and production for both mens and women collections each fashion season. Designs include knitwear, silk, swim, suiting and denim. McCann also developed every print for every season from design stages through to bulk production. Most recently lead the men's SS24 collection to market.
